submit your valuable idea to the United States Patent And Trademark Office's Diclosure Document Program.
The Diclosure Document Program is a service
provided by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the accepting and preserving for two years
"Disclosure Documents" as evidence of the date of conception of an invention.
This allows you a degree of Freedom and Security to discuss and collaborate
in regards to your Invention.
You will receive an official, certified copy from the United States
Patent And Trademark Office and have a credible form of evidence of date of conception and ownership.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION: Initially, you will meet or speak with
a representative of A Patent Pending Co. to discover a little about your Idea or Invention. What is your
idea? What does it do? Who would use it? Is there anything like it? Is it new or an improvement? Is it marketable? Is
it patentable?
Your time is valuable, as is ours. More importantly, it is not the intention
of A Patent Pending Co. to receive funds from a client when there is no service which we can provide for them.
FREE INITIAL PATENT SEARCH: This is a service which is very unique to
A Patent Pending Co. A patent search helps to determine how original your idea or invention may be. This helps determine
whether or not we need to proceed with the process.
Other companies charge anywhere from $400.00- $1000.00 only to find that
your idea has already been Patented by another. Again, it is not the intention of A Patent Pending Co. to
receive funds from a client when there is no service which we can provide for them. Our goal is to act with integrity in the
best interest of the Inventor or Small Entity.
If, at this point, we discover that your Idea or Invention may be patentable,
A Patent Pending Co. will then do an IN-DEPTH patent search to determine patentability.
AFFORDABLE PROTECTION: This is another service which sets A Patent
Pending Co. apart. Other organizations will charge anywhere from $3,500.00- $20,000.00 for services rendered. At
A Patent Pending Co., we provide Protection, Security and the Freedom to market and license (sell) valuable ideas
and inventions without risk, at the most reasonable cost, and highest potential profit for the inventor.
